Digital Products

We do not have any refunds or cancellation policies. Once you have purchased the product, it belongs to you or your company. You are free to use it till the validity date.

All our products have 7-Day trial periods if you have any doubts or need clarifications. You can always contact our Customer Support or Call your Relationship Manager.

We encourage you to try our product for 7-Days to make an informed decision.

White-Labelling Services

In case of white-labeling services, Tabschool or its parent company Heirloom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has the policy which is as follows.

• The client has 7 (seven) days to cancel, withdraw from the project.
• In case of any dispute, the standard policy implies, the company will deduct 50% charges. The charges deducted includes all the efforts made by the Heirloom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its executives (including developers) to white-label the project.
• If such a case arises, Tabschool or Heirloom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to share or provide any source code, content, or updates to the client. It is considered as intellectual property of the company unless the code is provided by the client.
• The company does not promise to provide any deliverables whatsoever.
• The timeframe to refund the charges after deduction is 15 business days.
